Here are the rewritten General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Diana in Carnac :<\/strong><\/p>

1. Booking<\/strong><\/p>

1.1 Booking and confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

It is strongly recommended to book in advance in order to guarantee room availability. The reservation will only be considered confirmed once it has been accepted by H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Diana. At the time of booking, a deposit or credit card number must be provided. The hotel contract is formed as soon as H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Diana confirms the reservation.<\/p>

1.2 Online reservations<\/strong><\/p>

Reservations made via our website are valid once the reservation fee has been paid. If the payment is rejected, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>

1.3 Secure payment<\/strong><\/p>

For bookings made by telephone or e-mail, a secure payment link will be sent to finalise the booking. This link is valid for 24 hours, after which time the booking will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>

1.4 Changeable reservations (RACK)<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0For changeable bookings, a pre-authorisation for the amount of the room will be made 20 days before arrival. Without a guarantee of solvency, the reservation will be cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>

2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>

2.1 Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>

Payment for accommodation must be made no later than the day of departure. For longer stays (one week or more), payments will be made weekly.<\/p>

2.2 Payment methods accepted<\/strong><\/p>

We accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard) and cash.<\/p>

2.3 Credit card guarantee<\/strong><\/p>

A valid bank card in the customer's name is required as a guarantee. A bank imprint of at least \u20ac150 will be taken on arrival. If necessary, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guarantee card for any extras, consumption or damage noted after departure.<\/p>

2.4 Non-payment<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of non-payment, the Customer may be evicted without refund and legal action may be taken.<\/p>

3. Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation. It is payable on site and is set at \u20ac1.80 per person per night.<\/p>

4. Car park<\/strong><\/p>

H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Diana offers private outdoor parking for \u20ac10 (low season) and \u20ac25 (high season from June to September) or private indoor parking for \u20ac15 (low season) and \u20ac30 (high season from June to September). This car park is secure but not guarded. Guests are asked not to leave valuables in their vehicles.<\/p>

5. Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.30am. If not included in your rate, breakfast can be booked for \u20ac24 per person per night, or \u20ac14 for children (up to 10 years).<\/p>

6. Cancellation \/ Modification of Reservation<\/strong><\/p>

6.1 Free cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 days before arrival (5 days in high season: July, August, September). If this deadline is not met, 100% of the cost of the stay will be due.<\/p>

6.2 Non-refundable cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

Non-refundable bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged.<\/p>

6.3 Delays and early departures<\/strong><\/p>

There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.<\/p>

7. Group<\/strong><\/p>

Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking, 30% 60 days before arrival and 40% 30 days before arrival. The balance must be paid one week before arrival. Cancellation free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.\u00a0<\/p>

8. Seminars<\/strong><\/p>

8.1 Responsibility for the equipment provided<\/strong><\/p>

The equipment provided in the seminar room (furniture, technical equipment, audiovisual equipment, etc.) must be used with care and returned in good working order. The Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, breakage or deterioration caused to the equipment made available by the establishment during the event. The Customer undertakes to inform all participants of the rules governing the use of the equipment and to ensure that they are observed. Any damage found will be billed upon presentation of proof (incident report, photos, etc.). Replacement or repair charges will be determined by the establishment on the basis of the actual costs incurred, as shown on the invoice.<\/p>

9. Cancellation of duplicate reservation<\/strong><\/p>

If a booking is made in error by the customer, it can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the booking, subject to a \u20ac35 cancellation fee, if the booking was made via our official website.<\/p>

10. Breakfast packages included<\/strong><\/p>

Breakfast packages included in the booking are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any dissatisfaction with the breakfast time will not be reimbursed.<\/p>

11. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer declares that he\/she has read and accepts these terms and conditions at the time of booking. Failure to comply with the conditions may result in immediate termination of the contract without compensation.<\/p>

12. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman, the Association of European Consumer Ombudsmen (AME CONSO)**, within one year of the complaint.<\/p>

13. Canvassing<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer may register free of charge on the anti-telemarketing list via the official **BLOCTEL** website.<\/p>

14. Non-compliance with the Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Should the Customer fail to comply with these conditions, H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Diana reserves the right to ask him\/her to leave the establishment immediately, without any right to compensation.<\/p>
