Access to rooms, departure and arrival

Similarly, the customer can occupy a room for a number of people greater than that provided by the regulations in force. Children and extra beds

One child up to 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

The supply of an extra bed is subject to availability and can only be accommodated in superior rooms.
The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total cost of the reservation on the website and must be paid separately directly at the property.

Pets
Pets are allowed with a supplement of 19 €. Pets are under the sole responsibility of his master. It is not allowed to leave animals alone in the room.
Guide dogs for the blind are admitted free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotelier.

Group
A reservation is considered group from 5 rooms reserved. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested at the time of booking to confirm the group. In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, excluding lump sum cancellation fees of 100 €.
The deposit will not be recoverable for any cancellation or modification less than 15 days before the date of arrival.

The swimming pool
The swimming pool is open from 07:00 to 22:00. For security, the pool is fenced. The hotel is not responsible for accidents in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be under the supervision of parents.

Medical restrictions
Before any benefit, make sure that your state of health allows it.
The practice of the SPA is not without consequences for the health according to the individual. We invite you to be cautious and to inform yourself about this practice with your doctor.
Access is prohibited to persons with skin lesions; dressings are forbidden.
During pregnancy, the use of the Jacuzzi is not recommended and may be detrimental to the fetus. Access to the Hammam is strictly forbidden for pregnant women (excessive heat and abortifacient properties if essential oils are diffused). The hammam is reserved for people who have no health concerns and do not suffer from high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes ...

Responsibility

Access is exclusively for adults.
However, we tolerate minors over 14, accompanied by an adult.

Degradation and nuisance
The customer must use the rented thing as a good father.
The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in good condition. Our guests are invited to report immediately to the hotel reception any breach.
In case of problem, the customer will have to incur civil liability. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement. It is the same for any violation found after the departure of the customer, the amount of the compensation will be charged on the customer's card.
The hotel may require in case of voluntary or involuntary degradation of materials, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel the full refund with a penalty and damages from 1000 € to 2000 €.

In case of non-compliance with the rules of the hotel (available on site) the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of unreported drinks at departure as well as room damage. This amount will be taken from the bank imprint provided on booking. The hotel will have no obligation to inform the customer but can provide an invoice upon request.
Customers should not nail anything on the walls or move any furniture.
The noise, even diurnal, is forbidden. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will promptly left the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must stop between 22H00 and 8H00. For the respect and rest of the other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or to make too much noise especially between 22H00 and 8H00. A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly forbidden.

Any nuisance tripping of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150 € for the costs of putting back into service the fire safety system.
Also, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals or to bring drinks not provided by the hotel, as well as to do laundry.

Claim
Any claim on the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier on the spot.

Safe
The identity papers and precious objects (watch, jewelery, means of payment, etc ...) must be placed in the safe provided for this purpose. Available at the reception.

Forgotten business
Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. If the customer requests the return of his business by parcel or mail, that if necessarily will be done with a follow-up and insurance for valuables. The shipment will be made after payment by the customer of shipping costs.

knavery
The filouterie is an offense characterized by the fact of consuming a good or a paid service:

Acceptance of the rules of procedure
