RULES OF PROCEDURE
Access to rooms, departure and arrival
The hotelier is at liberty not to receive guests whose dress is indecent and negligent, and whose behaviour is noisy, improper, alcoholic or contrary to public decency and order.

Any person wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to state their identity and age, as well as that of any persons accompanying them. The guest may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier (Order of the Préfet de Police of 28 October 1936 modified by Order Art. 9 of 1 February 1940), unless authorised by the latter. Similarly, the customer may not occupy a room for a number of people greater than that stipulated by the regulations in force.
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest responsible the cost of the room corresponding to the number of people in excess, whether or not the guest is present, at the rates in force at the time of the breach of the house rules. The hotel will charge the offending guest's bank card.

On arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the customer may not demand to occupy the room before 4pm. Nightly rental ceases at 12.00 no matter what time the customer arrives. Early check-in (2pm) and/or late check-out (2pm or 5pm) are possible, subject to availability and an additional charge. Please contact reception for prices and details.

A luggage storage service allows guests to leave their luggage at the hotel reception on presentation of a ticket. Without a ticket, the hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

A €150 bank transfer will be required on arrival.
On departure, guests must return their room key to reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel with you: you must inform the hotel if you notice any mistake and return it, otherwise you will be charged. The room key is a key that the guest may keep on his/her person. However, they must not give it to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.

In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €150 to the guest's credit card.

Children and extra beds
Children are the sole responsibility of the guest. It is forbidden to leave them unsupervised in the room.

At the guest's request, the hotel can provide a cot, subject to availability and only in certain rooms. Please contact reception to check availability.
One child up to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Children and adults over the age of 3 are not permitted to use this bedding. Guests must ask the hotel for the use of an extra bed, which will be charged at €35 per day. This option is only available in certain rooms; please contact reception for confirmation.

The provision of an extra bed is subject to availability.
The maximum number of baby beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the booking on the website and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.

Pets
Pets are allowed for a supplement of €19. Pets are the sole responsibility of their owners. Pets may not be left alone in the room.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotelier.

Group
A reservation is considered to be a group reservation when 5 or more rooms are booked. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested to confirm the group. In the event of cancellation or modification up to one month before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, excluding a flat-rate cancellation fee of €100.
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before the date of arrival.

The swimming pool
The pool is open from 10am to 8pm (times vary according to season and weather) from April to October. For safety reasons, the pool is fenced. The hotel accepts no responsibility for accidents occurring in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be supervised by their parents.

Medical restrictions
Before any service, make sure that your state of health allows it.
The practice of SPA is not without consequences for health, depending on the individual. We urge you to be cautious and to ask your doctor about this practice.
Access is forbidden to people with skin lesions; bandages are not permitted.
Access to the sauna and hammam is strictly forbidden to pregnant women (excessive heat and abortifacient properties if essential oils are used). The hammam and sauna are reserved for people with no health concerns and who do not suffer from high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc.

Liability
You are responsible for your own physical access to the site, and we accept no liability for any effects resulting from your use of the site.
If you suffer from any health problems (circulatory, cardiac or respiratory problems, allergies, asthma, etc.) or if you are pregnant, please let us know.
We accept no responsibility for physical damage (falls, burns, etc.) or material damage (loss or alteration of jewellery, cameras, telephones, etc.) caused by the wearing of jewellery.

Relaxation area: sauna, jacuzzi and steam room
Access is for adults only. The hammam, jacuzzi and sauna are co-ed. For hotel guests, access of 45 minutes per person per night is included (subject to availability), by booking a time slot before arrival.
However, we do tolerate minors over the age of 16 accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, we accept a minimum of 2 people.

Rules for use and safety
Swimming costumes must be worn. You must wear suitable clothing and sports shoes in the fitness centre. Showering is compulsory.

Respect for the premises: health and safety rules
A decent attitude, marked by restraint and discretion, is required to respect the serenity of the premises.
Sexual relations are strictly forbidden in the relaxation area.
It is forbidden to bring in glass objects, consume alcoholic beverages or illegal substances, or smoke.
Any breach of health and safety regulations will result in the expulsion without notice of any person whose behaviour contravenes these rules.

Damage and nuisance
The customer must use the leased property with due care.
The rooms made available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition. Guests are asked to report any shortcomings immediately to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the customer must accept civil liability. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any offence recorded after the guest's departure, the amount of compensation will be debited from the guest's card.
In the event of deliberate or involuntary damage to equipment, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel may demand full reimbursement with a penalty and damages of €1,000 to €2,000.
In the event of flooding or water damage, whether voluntary or involuntary, the hotel may demand full reimbursement of the damage caused. In the event of damage to other rooms, reimbursement will be demanded for the nights of other guests.
The hotel may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition deemed unsuitable. In the event of damage to carpets, bedding or bed bases, the hotel will demand reimbursement of the damage, with a minimum charge of €1,000 for repairs and for the inability to re-let the rooms.
As a general rule, customers must pay any damage caused directly to the hotel. They may call on their insurance (if they wish to be reimbursed) for any voluntary or involuntary damage caused during their stay.
In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any reimbursement. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount of any consumption not declared on departure, as well as any damage in the room. This amount will be deducted from the bank imprint provided at the time of booking. The hotel is under no obligation to inform the customer of this, but may provide an invoice on request.
Customers must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Disturbances, even during the day, are prohibited. Any guest causing a disturbance or scandal in any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interests of the tranquillity of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. For the respect and rest of other guests, please do not slam doors or make too much noise, particularly between 10pm and 8am. Any neighbourhood noise caused by the behaviour of a person or animal for which the guest is responsible may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, provided that the noise is such as to disturb the peace and quiet of the guests (art. R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbances will be reported to the police if necessary.
A hotel room is a place of rest. All commercial activities are strictly forbidden.

Bans
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. In accordance with decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 laying down the conditions for implementing the ban on smoking in places designated for collective use, smoking in the hotel will result in an additional charge of €90 or legal proceedings. It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection equipment, for the same reasons as above.
Any accidental activation of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will be billed at €150 to cover the cost of restarting the fire safety system.
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to eat there or to bring in drinks not supplied by the hotel, or to do one's laundry there.

Claims
Any complaints about the quality of the services provided must be made to the hotelier immediately.

Safe
Identity papers and valuables (watches, jewellery, means of payment, etc.) must be placed in the safe provided. Available from reception.

Forgotten business
Items left behind or abandoned may be sold under the conditions laid down by the law of 31 March 1896. If the customer requests the return of his/her belongings by parcel or post, this must be done with tracking and insurance for valuable items. The items will be sent after the customer has paid the shipping costs.

Car park
A private car park with a covered section (€30 per day) and an outdoor section (€25 per day) is available to our customers.
The car park is secure but not guarded. Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. A safe is available in your room.

Skulduggery
Skimming is an offence involving the consumption of goods or services for which a charge is made:
- By knowing that they are unable to pay or by being deliberately determined not to pay.
- All the while pretending to be willing to pay.
Skulduggery is punishable by 6 months' imprisonment and a €7,500 fine in addition to damages.

Acceptance of the internal rules
The hotel's house rules apply to all bookings. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the hotel's house rules. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate cancellation of the contract and financial penalties will be applied. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any reimbursement.


READ THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTEL OWNER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
